6. Subscription and Payment

For paid plans:

• • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• • You can cancel anytime
• • Refunds are available within 24 hours of initial purchase
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Free Tier Limitations

Free tier users are limited to 3 videos per day. We reserve the right to modify these limits or implement rate limiting to prevent abuse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated summaries.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Vid Summary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
